Bid date and time for this project remains set as Thursday, 10/16/2025 at 2pm MST.  All questions were due October 3rd, 2025, and this is the Final Addendum.

***This project will fall under the Buy America Build America, Apprenticeship, and certified payroll requirements. ALL SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS.***

General Notice

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Timpanogos Special Service District located

at 6400 North 5050 West, American Fork, Utah 84003, until Oct 27, 2025, at 2:00pm local time. At that

time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Thermal Dryer Project is one of several

projects being issued by the Owner. Other Packages will be bid separately.

Pre-bid Conference

 A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project was held on Sept 15, 2025 at 2:00pm at Timpanogos

Special Service District 6400 North 5050 West, American Fork, Utah 84003. Bids will not be accepted

from Bidders that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.​​​​
